There are few emotions more powerful than hope. But these days, hope often feels hard to come by. Where can we find a hope that won’t disappoint us?
Hope Explored introduces us to the person at the centre of Christianity – Jesus Christ. We’ll look at his life, death and resurrection in Luke’s Gospel and see how Christianity is about real hope: a joyful expectation for the future, based on true events in the past, which changes everything about my present.
Hope Explored is for anyone who wants to find hope, peace and purpose in life. It’s an informal and relaxed three-week course – you don’t need to know anything about the Bible, and you won’t be asked to pray or sing. You can ask any question you like, or you can just sit and listen.
Whoever you are, whatever you’re thinking, Hope Explored is a place for you to discover hope of a future that Is better than you could ever imagine.
The dates for the sessions are 15th January, 22nd January and 29th January. Each evening will run from 7:30 – 8:45pm, and will include refreshments.
